Founder's Story
Anedia Minton was born in Indianola, Mississippi, into a life shaped by profound and persistent challenges. Raised in the shadow of her mother's long and ongoing battle with drug addiction, she learned early that stability would have to be built, not given.
She found her foundation not in circumstance, but in the unwavering support of her family. Her father, Richard Little, instilled in her the powerful belief that she could be anything she wanted to be, while her brothers, Quinntarus Minton and Abayomi Minton, stood as her heroes and constant motivators.
As a coping mechanism to battle the pain and uncertainty of her childhood, Anedia turned to two pillars: unshakable faith and a relentless pursuit of education. She discovered the profound truth that with God, all things are possible, and used academic achievement as her path forward.
This drive led her to graduate with honors from Gentry High School in 2015. Shortly after graduation, she answered a higher call to serve her country, enlisting in the United States Army as an Active Duty Service Member. That season of discipline and sacrifice only deepened her resolve to pursue education and purpose.
Her journey continued as she earned a bachelor's degree in criminal justice Magna Cum Laude (3.8 GPA) and a Master of Business Administration (3.9 GPA). Today, she continues to deepen her understanding of faith by pursuing a Master of Divinity at Liberty University — all rooted in the same small-town faith she carried growing up in Indianola, Mississippi.
Her experiences of those tough years provided the source for her deep sense of purpose. She knows that true success is never the end of the story — it is the beginning of a responsibility to reach back and help others who are still on their path.
